No referral is required to book a private psychology session. Self-referrals can be made by contacting us via phone or email.
If you would like to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or Psychiatrist.

The number of sessions needed depends on your individual goals and circumstances. Some clients attend short-term treatment for focused support, while others choose longer-term therapy for deeper personal development. This is always discussed and reviewed collaboratively.

Yes. All sessions are strictly confidential, in line with ethical standards. There are rare exceptions where disclosure is required by law (e.g., if someone is at serious risk of harm). We will discuss this with you during our initial appointment.
